 Kelly Kellum

Kelly was raised as a son of Quaker missionaries who served in the central African country of Burundi. In 1989 he graduated with a degree in Religion and Philosophy from Friends University in Wichita, Kansas. Kelly worked as a youth and children’s ministry intern in California, before attending Asbury Theological Seminary. At Asbury he met and married his wife, Kathy. After receiving a Master of Divinity degree from Asbury Theological Seminary, Kelly and Kathy moved to Liberal, Kansas, where they ministered as co-pastors of the Friends Church. In 1999, the Kellums moved to Oskaloosa, Iowa, where Kelly served as the pastor of College Avenue Friends Church. In 2006, Kelly accepted the call to be the pastor of High Point Friends Meeting. |

- Linda Selleck

A Recorded Friends minister, Linda has been active in music and pastoral ministry since 1978 in the United States and Jamaica. A native of Southampton County, Virginia, she holds a music degree from Greensboro College, and a master’s degree from the Earlham School of Religion. Linda has performed hundreds of sacred Celtic harp programs for schools and churches, and is the author of Gentle Invaders, published by Friends United Press, which tells the stories of Quaker women educators who established schools for African Americans during and after the Civil War. Linda and her husband Ron have two daughters, Sarah and Rachel. |

- Brandon Godfrey

Brandon came to High Point Friends as our Minister of Youth and Young Adults in August 2011. He is a 2010 graduate of Campbell University, having received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Religion. He was raised in eastern North Carolina. He has been active in Yearly Meeting Young Friends and the Internship Program. For the past year Brandon served as the pastor of Corinth Friends Meeting in Eastern Quarter. Brandon has a strong interest in athletics, hunting, fishing, woodworking, and enjoys playing his guitar. He is engaged to be married to Mary Allen in May 2012. |
