Formation & Study

• Adult Excercise Group
  At 10:00 a.m., on Monday and Wednesday mornings, senior adults gather in Ragan Hall for light exercises, stretching, and fellowship.
• Companions in Christ
  This small group experience is a basic introduction to the Christian Spiritual life. Participants will discover spiritual practices that aid them on their Christian journey and gradually contribute to faith formation and renewal. We meet on Thursday at 6:30 p.m. in the Meeting Library. To learn more about this opportunity, contact Kelly Kellum.

• Women's Bible Study
  This study, led by Linda Selleck, welcomes women from our Meeting or School community and friends to meet on Tuesday mornings to pray, study, and fellowship together. No study preparation is required, and all materials are handed out weekly. We meet at 9:30 a.m. in the Meeting Library through around 10:45.
• High Point Friends School
  High Point Friends School was founded by members of High Point Monthly Meeting in 1963. First established as a Preschool and Half Day Kindergarten, the school developed a strong reputation and quickly became a family tradition for many families. The school now houses Preschool through 6th grade.
